This was very very good. Only changes I made was to put all the seasonings (in the called for measurements) in the flour before dredging the chops (and I still sprinkled all the seasonings on the chops before dredging). I used boneless, thin-cut chops and didn’t let the oil/butter get quite hot enough before dropping the chops in there so my gravy was much lighter but it still had great flavor. Add about another 1/2 cup of liquid (broth or cream) if you want the sauce to be a bit thinner, this is more like real gravy. Fantastic, a tad spicy for the kids but they still ate seconds. Will make again for sure.
