👋🏼 I just posted a very similar recipe from a different website. Only thing that seems iffy is the cream calls for 4-5cups🤔I don't think that's right but...hope it helps😋

The recipe I wrote as an average of 3 diff ones uses these measurements:
6 Tbs Butter
4 Cloves Chopped garlic
8 Ounces Fettuccine pasta (1/2pkg)
1½-2 lbs Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
16 Ounces Roasted red peppers in the jar
1 Cup Heavy cream(or half&half)
*More or less how creamy you like*
½ Cup Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Dried basil
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
4 Tbs Flour
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Grated parmesan cheese
