These turned out really good! The texture was great and they didn't fall apart when I pan fried them in oil. I appreciate the recipe author says they really should be pan fried rather than baked. I have tried baked falafel before and they always turn out dry. These were definitely not dry! Tasty and delicious! Personally, next time I make them I plan on cutting back about 1/2 a tsp on the salt but otherwise won't change a thing!
