Made 8 vege balls, you could make more smaller ones and have a higher crispy bits to goop ratio (although you would bake them for less time). Also, I forgot I didn't have kidney beans, but a tin of lentils worked well as a substitute. If you like it spicy, you could add way more chilli powder, I didn't really register any heat in this recipe. It was delicious and the texture was great. We squeezed some lime juice over the top at the end and I bet some corriander leaves would be great as a garnish.
