Jullien cutting all the vegetables took me almost an hour and half...this is ONLY a fifteen minute meal if you can afford precut veggies... super disappointed because i really need quicker meals.

This is definitely longer than 15 minutes when you consider prepping and cooking the veg. I still love this meal, but it's not a quick one. More of a treat meal in our house. So yummy though.
