First of all, there is nowhere near enough liquid for this quantity of chia. You should not be able to cut pudding with a knife. I had to add so much more almond milk to get it down. And second, why on earth would you write the chia and maple syrup quantities in tablespoons, and then the matcha in teaspoons? 3 teaspoons is ONE TABLESPOON but the way this recipe is written, it is way too easy to read 3 tablespoons and completely OD on matcha flavor and caffeine. This was my very first chia pudding experience and it was very bad. Fortunately I've been baking with chia for many years, so I know it doesn't have to be like this, but I doubt I'll be trying pudding again any time soon after this horrific experience.
