Step 1
In a medium sized mixing bowl add chia seeds, milk of choice, matcha powder and maple syrup.
Step 2
Whisk until the powder has dissolved and the chia seeds are absorbed.
Step 3
Cover your pudding with plastic wrap or transfer to a tupperware and allow your pudding to set for 3 hours or overnight.
Step 4
When you’re ready to enjoy, scoop your pudding into a bowl and top with your favorite fresh fruit, granola, and extra maple syrup or honey!
Step 5
Chia pudding will stay fresh for 2 weeks in an airtight container making them perfect for breakfast prepping or easy snacking!
