Pretty good. Salt content was perfect, but we did need to add some other flavoring when we went to eat. He added Red Robin French fry seasoning mix, and I added Nature's Seasoning. I didn't have whole milk, but I missed where it said I could use 2% but noticed I could use heavy cream. He had to add extra heavy cream so I didn't end up with a cheese flan. But it tastes good. I'd make it again. I used sharp cheddar for the cheese this time, but I saw where someone said cheese could be interchangeable, so I might use a different cheese next time.
