Made some changes to the recipe. Absolutely delicious and the chicken was very juicy!
Did 2 cans of cream of chicken
Added chopped celery
Swapped for brown rice. (Rinsed and added a scotch of extra chicken broth)
Rinsed, patted dry chicken. Sprayed with oil and added a generous dose of seasonings to both sides. Seared both sides of chicken before adding to the casserole dish. Covered and cooked covered for recommend time (1hr) then uncovered (30 min). Because it was seared, I didn't have to broil it.
