← Replies in Starbucks Copycat Lemon Loaf (Vegan) Recipe

I made this with gluten free flour. The texture ended up a little gummy, but GF flour is just like that and I may have overbaked it a tad. I think it could use more lemon zest. The flavor is excellent though!
