This was SO GOOD! I did not use black eye peas in mine. Instead, I add white corn. Everything else was according to the recipe. I put some in a burrito with cheese and avocado, browned the burrito in a skillet on high with a little oil and ooh!! So good! My husband LOVED it! I will make this again and again. Try it!
