Really delicious. Followed another review and added a tsp of soy sauce and topped with Parmesan. Sauce is rich and should be a nice brown color from the red miso paste blended into the butter. I didn’t find this to be anything like an Alfredo sauce. I added a little truffle oil when I sautéed the mushrooms and regretted it. The truffle flavor was delicious but overtook the miso.
