Didn't even get to take pictures this was so good, thanks for the awesome recipe!!! I did 3 things different, however - I added minced lemon grass, cut open the chicken to expose the bone, and made a ginger scallion sauce. For 2 cups of rice 1 chicken quarter was all I was able to fit in the rice cooker and everything came out perfect. Remember to leave the chicken in the rice cooker for 5 mins after the rice is done cooking to ensure the chicken is done. Will make again for sure!!!
