Instructions
Step 1
Wash your rice and top it up with seasoned chicken stock in the bowl of a rice cooker. Top with ginger, garlic, scallions, and sesame oil.
Step 2
Season pieces of chicken with salt and white pepper, then place on top of the rice.
Step 3
Cook on the normal rice setting and let sit for an additional 5-10 minutes after cooking.
Step 4
Take the chicken out, slice, and serve with sliced cucumbers and sweet chilli sauce.
