Read some comments about not having enough sauce so I played it safe and added 1 1/2 cups of half vegetable broth and half creamy (unsweetened) OATmilk. Bag of spinach only came in 10 Oz which was perfect and same with mushrooms 16 Oz. Added "Follow Your Heart" vegan parmesan. Used penne whole wheat noodles and was super good. Love, love, love. Serves like 6.
