Perfect! Used Potato Slayer seasoning on the outside of the potato with the olive oil. Air fried for 40 minutes for 3 potatoes and these turned out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Topped mine with sour cream and more potato slayer seasoning. Teen loaded his with cheese and bacon and said the potato was awesome.
