I was so impressed with this bread. It is perfect for soups or stews. It is super moist inside with a great texture and the crust is crispy. It has a good flavor, you definitely taste the salt. When I pulled it out at 45 minutes to check it, it was already completely done and had this nice brown crust, so I did not put it back in for the last 15 minutes uncovered, it didn't need it. Recipe doesn't note how to store or how long it lasts?
