Tasty and straight forward; buy pre-shredded/cut veggies if you are short on time. We used chickpea pasta so it's packed with protein. If you hit a paywall: ingredients garlic-2tsp sesame oil are a marinade for the chicken; ingredients peanut butter -6Tbsp water are the dressing; all other ingredients are salad elements. Marinate the chicken while chopping veggies and making the dressing. Grill the chicken and boil the pasta; I mixed everything but the chicken so the pasta was still a bit warm and could absorb dressing, then chopped and mixed in chicken once it had a few minutes to rest.
