Tastes great. Easy to make for the most part. It was difficult to cook. I couldn't really tell when the center was "set". I ended up cooking it over 60 minutes at 350 and it's still pretty doughy. But with the croissant dough and all the liquids I'm not surprised. Compared to the picture it feels like I needed more croissant dough but I followed the recipe amounts exactly. When I make it again I'll use 75% chocolate chips and 16 oz (two tubes) of croissants.
