This was really good! Followed the recipe pretty exactly, I probably just added more garlic ๐ the skin was crispy enough and it cooked through well and had a good flavor! I will say the garlic burned in the pan while in the oven. It was okay though, I only spooned the butter on top without garlic bits. It didn't have a burned flavor at all. Edit: After making this recipe a bunch of times I think I want to sear the skin longer. I find it not getting as crispy as I would like sometimes. Other than that it's still been amazing every single time! Even if the garlic burns in the pan it NEVER has tasted burnt!
