This was so good! Healthy without tasting “healthy.”
It took a while to make (1:45), but was very straightforward. I’d say it serves 4-5 and it felt like a complete meal without any additional sides needed.
We had extra filling that didn’t fit in the squash and we didn’t need to use all the cheese.
I also added a few Tbsp of homemade bone broth that made it a bit too liquidy, but I wanted the extra nutrients.
I’ll be making this again!
