Didn’t have a frying pan suitable for the oven nor a round cake tin without a loose bottom so used a square cake tin. Unfortunately the egg mixture didn’t set in the 20 mins allocated so had to turn up the heat for a bit then grill for a few minutes. May try again once I have appropriate utensils!!
