NOTE: PRECUT INGREDIENTS IF WORKING WITH A TIME LIMIT, it’s not included in the recipe timing. Other then this, delicious and moist, perhaps slightly too lemony- I like to add garlic and some zest in at the end (reducing some from the amount of juice)
