The Alfredo sauce needs to be listed as an ingredient....
Since I didn't see the Alfredo sauce until I was already working on the recipe, I just winged a creamy sauce by whisking together 1c almond milk and 1tbsp gluten free flour over heat and added salt & pepper. I think this would've worked really well except the chicken broth made it too runny. The texture wasn't exactly right but the flavors were great. Another note... I used pulled rotisserie chicken which added massive amounts of flavor. It was great considering the last minute substitution and I think next time it will be even better.
