I had way too many ripe bananas! We doubled the recipe and added coconut, and walnuts in sub of pecans. Didn't have chocolate chips so I improvised with some leftover Hershey bars to have enough for all the cookies! Came out great and are super soft at 14 mins and currently cooking a second batch at 16 to compare consistency. Hopefully my 2yo likes them! 🤞🏼
