Super fun (but also quite sticky) to make and very yummy! I noticed the longer it took, the stickier the potato mix became. Adding milk helped to smoothen and bind it. I also added more cheese the second time round to get a good cheese pull.
I added some more flavour with furikake seasoning which I think helps a lot. Next time I might add some spice with some chilli flakes or paste inside, as this is quite a flexible recipe!
(For the frying I did 5 mins on each side on temperature 6 out of 9. It's also important to leave them in the sauce to thicken as it creates a lovely sticky glaze.)
