I wanted a basic recipe for my t1d bf and I’m not fully stocked just now
In a recently finished and washed jam jar I threw:
50g rolled oats
50g canned peaches in juice, drained
1t chia seeds
1/8t cinnamon
Lastly
1/2c milk which just covered everything and gave it a good shake.
In the morning I’ll add a bunch more stuff for flavour texture
