I used this as a base for sheet pan pancakes. I doubled the recipe and added 3 scoops of French vanilla whey protein. I also added blueberries once the batter was in the pan. I baked at 350 for 20 minutes. This made 12 servings. They came out fluffy and perfectly balanced, not too sweet and not dry. Will do this again as an easy breakfast meal prep for the week.
