I added more smoked paprika and black pepper and added some cayenne pepper. I wasn't sure about the advocado sour cream but this is amazing and not that sour for me. I only had 1 advocado and this still made quite a lot of sour cream but it was still a lovely smooth consistency so I don't think it actually needed 2 advocados. Would definitely make this again.
