I added garlic to the chicken. I mixed the sauce ingredients together first-so I mixed the Sofrito, sauce, chicken broth, and also added Sazon, garlic, cumin, pepper, oregano, and salt. I poured it in the pan, added some onions and Spanish olives and baked as directed.
