A delicious preparation, I baked my chicken at 400°F for 25 minutes, and it turned out great- the corn was delicious!
Family thought this was delicious, and husband gave it a big thumbs up. Everyone was a little disappointed that there were no leftovers.
My chicken breasts were on the small side, which wasn't so good as the slits and filling work best on thicker cuts of meat, but the flavour was excellent.
I served this with rice, but it would also be great with a baked potato.
