OMG!! If you’re going to get fat— this is the way to do it!! OMG YUM!! It is so incredibly gorgeous with all the taste of garlic and bacon— seriously, what’s not like!
Make sure you use twice the amount of garlic (trust me). Make sure you do reduce the chicken stock otherwise the sauce will be too runny. Also, I’m UK we don’t have 1/2 and 1/2, so I used 400ml heavy cream and added 100ml full fat milk. Once all ingredients were in, I added a hint of chipotle chilli flakes when I added the chicken to to creamy garlicky sauce- next level guys!! Make sure you reduce heat right down and allow it to simmer for 15-2in? The sauce turns out amazingly thick and rich! Got to try it!
