I'm not convinced I liked making this. It was very difficult to slice the rounds and it felt wrong to not brown off the meat and onions first. However, it was quick to prepare and needed no faffing once I put it in the oven. My husband said he would have it again and my 11 month old scoffed it. Will add seasoning next time.
