This is a hit with my family. Frankly I don’t use fresh parsley though, as I don’t usually have it on hand. I just use a bit less of dried parsley flakes. I also think there could stand to be more spaghetti, as the noodles-to-meatball ratio is way off. There’s still enough butter and whatnot left to cover more spaghetti. Also, for my kids sakes, we take out the cayenne pepper and most of the red pepper flakes (but you should totally keep it in). All that being said, we do love it.
