A little mixed about this, I used 2.5lb pork shoulder(all i had on hand), 2 jalapeño, 2 poblano, 4 tomatillo, 2 cubanelle, 1 onion and 6 garlic cloves as the recipe states but as it got done cooking & blended it was more of a soup than a sauce and surprisingly had little flavor even after adding everything in at the end. The meat was very tender though, I've just gotta add some hot sauce or something to liven it up lol
