Hey Abbey. Thanks for the feedback. Would not recommend adding cream cheese as it would give the frosting a strange tang and for the sweetener would suggest rice malt or maple syrup. If you don’t love cashews, I would also suggest reducing the cashews by half and subbing in coconut cream instead. In terms of the food processor, I use a Vitamix which are super powerful and seem to easily process the dessert. But can understand other machines don’t work as well 😊

Don't think that was it, as I did everything correctly at first & then made changes after I couldn't stand the taste. I'm not saying my food processor took forever, but that it took me forever to think what I might could add to improve the taste. But I appreciate the reply.
