A slightly fiddly, very tasty recipe. This was so well liked, that the entire family ate it in record time, and were disappointed that there wasn't any leftovers!
The results were very good, and despite all the steps (be very careful to read the instructions BEFORE putting the ingredients together), it was actually quite simple.
I'd add a few peppers to the stir fry sauce next time to round out the meal, but also DOUBLE the chicken next time, it went too fast!
