Forgot to take a picture of finished dish but it was t too dissimilar to the one here. The chicken was very tasty from the marinade I added a bit more ginger and cayenne than stated. I also used tinned pineapple chunks in the rice but would use fresh next time as the cooking process washed out any pineapple flavour the tinned chunks had. Would make again but would probably use scotch bonnet chilli to boost the spiciness
