Delicious! The recipe says that kneading isn’t necessary but I did anyway for 8 minutes and it turned out perfect. I could have eaten the hole thing fresh and warm. The second day it made the most perfect thick buttery toast. Next loaf I’ll try to save some for a sandwich.
