Easy
Under 30 minutes
I was so hungry I didn’t take pictures! It was yummy. I used shallots since it’s what I had. Also the udon I had was in 8oz portions so a little less then the 300 Grams it calls for. But who doesn’t like more sauces. Super easy and delicious
