Made half portion
Replace flour with rice and cake flour
Reduced sugar to around 40ish g
Used 1/2 calorie sugar
Used Pat choc cut up
Used around 16g of egg (less than half)
Bake time -
Baking for 20g is a bit too long - around 18m is just right
Result -
Not crispy but taste great, sugar level just right.
Eating day after taste better, texture less soft
Next time -
Try plain flour with actual chocolate chip
Use more oat, lesser flour
