This recipe didn’t include exact measurements when I received it from my friend, but it is a forgiving recipe! Still, I did a lot of tasting along the way. You may wish to add more or less milk and stock. Seasoning ingredients should also be checked for taste.
I have used instant wild rice and wild rice that comes in a box. Either is fine.
You may use dark and white meat. I generally leave the chicken skin out of the dish.
