I didn't make it exactly the way the recipe called for -- I didn't have time to do the sauce and I messed a few things up -- but it was delicious nonetheless. I also cooked it in the air fryer which kept the chicken moist.

Ah, no. I had no pinenuts on hand so I just omitted them. I think the recipe even says they're optional.

Same. Moody of my recipes I will be modifying to whatever we have cause food is expensive and I can't afford to go out and buy all the exact ingredients.
