Ok after reading many many reviews I knew I wanted to make this but I knew I had to make adjustments! First of all you need some season! I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and an Italian herb potato season instead of just Italian season. I also cut up a small onion and added it in. Cooked this in the Instapot slow cook mode/normal/4 hours. Once plated I added some potato topping (a season packet you can find in any grocery store) and sour cream. It’s delicious!!
