Very good….A different spin on mashed potatoes that is a bit more labor/time intensive .
The dumplings took more like 5-10 minutes to rise in the water and then with the added cooking time, the potatoes took 2x+ longer than regular mashed and not much different. But a great way to present and serve the potato as a dumpling
