Round 1- used 1/2 cup Sour Cream, and 1 full egg: Very WET
Round 1b- no oats, 1 egg white
Round 2: will use 4oz mascarpone, and 1 egg
2b- no oats, 1 egg white
Round 3: will use 1/2 cup full fat Greek Yogurt and 1 egg
3b- no oats, 1 egg white
Round 4: will use 1/2 Ricotta and 1 egg
4b- no oats, 1 egg white
**First 4 of these include the 1/4 cup oats, then grounded
