It was very delicious, fresh and hearty. Personally, I felt it needed some zing and a bit more spice so I added lime juice and chilli flakes and cinnamon. I also added in some fresh tomato and a huge bag of spinach! I love this meal because you can add anything into that sweet potato base 🤤
