Loved it! A very simple and easy recipe to follow.
Just made some slight changes in accordance to what I had for a serving for 4
1 cup and 2 tablespoons of Pasata instead of tomato paste
Oregano and thyme instead of basil
Penne Pasta instead of Rigatoni
Cheddar Cheese (90-98 grams for a thick sauce) instead of Parmesan Cheese
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of salt
Skipped the Salt water as sauce was already thick enough
Cooked the tomato pasata for 2 minutes longer on slow heat as it didn’t look ready.
