The recipe was great. I’d say the next time I make this I will cook for 15 mins on 350 degrees Fahrenheit, instead of 17 mins on 400. Depending on what your muffin tin is, this could be a recipe that calls for alternating between 2 tins to be able to make enough. I made enough for me and my husband but would have had to make multiple batches to feed a family.
