An excellent recipe, very well received by the family. This tastes very much like the ones you find in a Chinese restaurant. Yes I used the amount of vinegar in the recipe, but I made sure the sauce was well mixed before pouring it over my chicken.
I didn't cook the chicken in the oven as long as suggested, but rather for about 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes, and I used my cast iron baking dish- they turned out well, and there weren't many leftovers either!
